The announcement the Reduce taxes of certain type of Land and Building decree 2564 B.E.

By consideration of the present economic situation, the law reduced the payment of the ‘Land and Construction Tax’, for 90% of calculated tax according to section 42 or 95 of Land and Construction Tax Law 2562 B.E. (2019) by newly announcement of Reduce taxes of certain type of Land and Building decree 2564 B.E. dated 30 January 2564 (2021)
